Phase 1
45-day FREE TRIAL

Unlock exclusive advantages: Rewards for our loyal users
Starting December 15th, all existing VOOusers can enjoy a 45-day FREE TRIAL if their account is already verified. New users need to ensure that their account data is complete in order to be verified until January 31st. Once it’s done, they will also start benefiting from a 45-day FREE TRIAL up from the verification date.
To ensure uninterrupted access to all VOO features beyond the trial period, VOOusers are encouraged to enter a payment method before the expiration date.
30-day FREE TRIAL
Starting up from February 1st, 2024

All new users are granted a 30-day FREE TRIAL period starting from their verification up from February 1st, 2024.
Phase 2
USER license fees
Starting after the free trial period
User license fees will commence to be charged for the first time after the expiration of the free trial period. An upfront charge of € 75 per user per month* will be applied and invoiced in advance through the designated payment method. Additional costs charged by flight management systems will be further invoiced.
The user’s account can be adjusted at any time. Should a user be deregistered before the conclusion of the 30-day billing cycle, their user functionalities will remain unrestricted and the account will only expire at the commencement of the new billing period.
New users can be added at any time.
Phase 3
AIRCRAFT license fees
In the first half of 2024
During phase 3 of the license fee structure, in the first half of 2024, charges extend beyond user fees to encompass verified and published aircraft.
The aircraft fees are determined by aircraft size and MTOW and are detailed in our comprehensive tariff regulation available from your account manager.
